If following these steps you cannot find the file, keep in mind that the idCAT Certificate, for your safety, can only be downloaded once. You will have to apply again from www.idcat.cat.
Once the idCAT Certificate is downloaded , the file is saved in the location defined for downloads according to your Operating System and default browser.

- Google Chrome : Tools >Settings >Advanced settings>Downloads>"Location" section.
- Microsoft Edge : Tools >Settings >Downloads> "Location" section.

In macOS, when downloading any type of file, the "Downloads" location is defined by default where each and every file we download from the Internet is stored. This folder is usually located in the Dock:
If it's not in the Dock, you can always look for it in the Finder.
Once the file has been located, you can proceed with the installation of the idCAT Certificate .
