If you cannot find the file after following these steps, please note that for your security, the idCAT Certificate can only be downloaded once. You will have to request it again from www.idcat.cat.
Once the idCAT Certificate has been downloaded , the file is saved in the location defined for downloads according to your Operating System and default browser.
The file that is downloaded has the extension .P12 or .pfx.

Depending on the browser used, the defined location is:
- Google Chrome : Tools >Settings >Advanced settings>Downloads>"Location" section.

In macOS, when downloading any type of file, the default location is "Downloads" where each and every file we download from the Internet is stored. Normally, this folder is located in the Dock:
If it's not in the Dock, you can always look for it in the Finder.
Once the file has been located, you can proceed to install the idCAT Certificat.
