To carry out some procedures with public administrations on behalf of your company or private entity, a legal entity certificate is required. At the AOC Consortium we do not issue certificates for the private sector nor do we provide support for certificates from other providers, however, below we inform you where you can obtain them.

Another way to prove representation is to register a representation in the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney (Representa) for a maximum of 4 years. In order to register the representation between the company and the individual representing it, it is necessary to attach a document proving this representation, which will later be validated by a public worker. Operationally, the individual must access the Representa platform, authenticate with a digital identifier, register the representation and attach the document proving it in the required format. You will find all the information in How can I register a representation electronically?
