The idCAT Certificate is a certificate for a natural person , that is, it identifies you to carry out procedures electronically as a citizen. Therefore, it would not be the ideal certificate to carry out procedures as a company, association or community of neighbors.
However, if you have the registration of the representation of the entity or company, you will be able to use it, as long as the administration and the procedure allow it. It is best to check with the same administration with which you want to interact electronically.
Another way to prove representation is to register a representation in the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney (Representa) for a maximum of 4 years. In order to register the representation between the company and the individual representing it, it is necessary to attach a document proving this representation, which will later be validated by a public worker. Operationally, the individual must access the Representa platform, authenticate with a digital identifier, register the representation and attach the document proving it in the required format. You will find all the information in How can I register a representation electronically?
